I recently had a fantastic stay at Regent, a truly lovely hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The location is perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. They were incredibly thoughtful and helpful, especially when I sprained my ankle during my stay. They provided ice and medicine, helped me navigate the hotel with limited mobility, and even called a taxi for me. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and beautiful views of the interior patio. I also appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker and tea kettle in the room. Regent provided a great balance between traditional charm and modern comforts.
Couldn't fault anything about my stay at Regent. 😊

Loved exploring the new and old, sauna and pool were heaven! Walked everywhere, staff gave amazing guidance. The Old Town is like stepping back in time. Many attractions close by. The sitting area was so comfy.
Who needs bedside lamps anyway? So overrated.

We recently stayed in this city for a week and had a fantastic experience at the hotel. We were impressed by its cleanliness and hotel facilities. The location was excellent, especially being in the old town. We didn't have breakfast there, but we enjoyed our meals at the Italian restaurant and appreciated that there was parking available.

We had a wonderful stay at Regent! The room was luxurious with a great view of the old town. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and professional. The owner, Antonio, personally made our stay unforgettable with his attentive presence. The hotel is in a beautifully renovated 14th-century building, retaining its original charm while offering modern amenities like good plumbing and Wi-Fi connectivity. The front desk was very helpful and the location at the edge of the old town was brilliant.
Nothing, everything was excellent!

Recently renovated 14th century building with original beams, good plumbing, and Wi-Fi. Helpful staff at edge of old town. Accommodating to babies with amenities including fridge and crib. Comfortable beds. Good location in north part of old town.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the Italian food at the in-house restaurant was delicious. The room was clean and modern, and the shower equipment was very impressive. We also enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the beautiful furniture in the room.
The pool was smaller than expected, and the sauna and treadmill were located in an area with high humidity. The breakfast was a mixed bag, and our table reservation was not honored, which resulted in a less-than-desirable seating location.

This small premium hotel has great potential with its new and clean facilities. The staff were very nice and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served to our table every morning. The location was perfect with easy access to historical landmarks and attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was the comfortable bed and the good quality of the bathroom amenities provided.
We had some negative experiences during our stay. The room we were assigned felt small and cramped with limited views from a small window.

What a lovely hotel! Exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent customer service, perfect location, and we even got a late checkout. The room was spotless with stylish decor and a nice view. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. The building itself is a 14th-century gem, beautifully updated while retaining its original charm. The front desk was helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to visit again!

Our recent stay at this charming boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, close to the harbor and in the north part of the old town. The hotel itself is beautifully restored with wooden beams and stonework throughout the building. Our room was comfy and clean, with a lovely view of the patio. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious with eggs made to order. The restaurant in the evening was amazing with great food, and the staff was excellent.
The amenities in the bathroom could be updated.

Clean rooms - great location in the north part of the old town. The staff was amazing - especially Antonina & Zinaida who provided excellent service. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities for our baby and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Can't recommend highly enough.

This venue is truly luxurious and it perfectly fulfilled all our exclusive needs. The Spa & wellness center was outstanding, and the indoor heated pool with sun loungers was excellent. The service was top-notch with the staff always eager to help. The Restaurant had delicious cuisine and the In-room breakfast was served promptly.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the packed lunches, which were not as substantial as we had anticipated. However, the Snack bar provided excellent alternatives.
